SUMMARY:Historic Craft: An Introduction to Cross-Stitch
DESCRIPTION:Join us on Saturday 29th June for an introduction to the wonderful world of cross-stitch. From 12:00-15:00 this free workshop will take you through the history of the craft with an opportunity to see objects from the Museum’s collection not on display to the general public\, then take some time to look around our current exhibition ‘The Stories Behind the Stitches’ before getting hands-on designing and making your very own cross-stitch door hanger. \nThis workshop is suitable for adults and children 5+\, no experience required.
