DESCRIPTION:Little Feet\, Big Impressions returns to the Museum of Cambridge! \n  \nJoin us for an all-new\, redesigned programme of FREE storytelling and activities every two weeks for families with children aged 1-5. \n  \nBe welcomed into the Museum’s purpose-built event space\, the Enid Porter Room\, with complementary tea and coffee\, before entering our 16th-century building to explore the objects on display with some storytelling. \n  \nThen return to the Enid Porter Room for a sensory activity related to the story you heard. \n  \nLittle Feet\, Big Impressions is a unique opportunity for you and your little ones to engage with history in a relaxed and inclusive environment. \n  \nSessions run every other Wednesday from 10:30 – 12:00. From 12:00-15:00 this free workshop will take you through the history of the craft with an opportunity to see objects from the Museum’s collection not on display to the general public\, then take some time to look around our current exhibition ‘The Stories Behind the Stitches’ before getting hands-on designing and making your very own cross-stitch door hanger. \nThis workshop is suitable for adults and children 5+\, no experience required.
