Toys can be just as fun when they’re broken.
Come and learn how in this half term workshop.
Inspired by local folk tales, you will create a work of art using broken toys in this workshop with A Toy’s Life and Beyond. You can then use the toys to tell your own stories.
The aim of this workshop aims to benefit children in several ways:
- Children can learn about local history and folklore through a hands-on-approach activity.
- Children can learn about re-using, recycling and the environment in a personal, creative and novel way.
Note: you are welcome to bring your own broken toys from home as long as they have no sharp edges
