The Blancmange Mould

£25.00

Bonjour! Didn’t expect to me see in a historic Cambridgeshire collection did you?

Although the origins are French, blancmange was a very popular pudding in England in the 20th century, and so I got a lot of action in local kitchens back then!

My printed recipe is for a blancmange made with cornflower, milk and butter – fancy giving it a go at home? Bake Off could never!

Adopt me, and you’ll help to care for culinary curiosities just like me.
