New Exhibition and Project Manager for Legacies of Windrush in Cambridgeshire

The Museum of Cambridge welcomes Tammi Bello as Exhibition & Project Manager for our Legacies of Windrush in Cambridgeshire project in partnership with ACRG (African Caribbean Research Group).

Tammi is an interdisciplinary curator and producer with interests in postcolonial narratives. Rooted in her background of theatre and holistic healing, their work attempts to displace Eurocentricity, reimagining what artistic discourse could or should be. Care and playfulness are central to her practice.

Tammi aims to create a vibrant, innovative & rich community co-curated exhibition and public programme. They are deeply interested in the collection of stories, oral histories and difficult to record material. We are committed to truthful storytelling and uncovering narratives where there is no current historical presence.

We will be sharing updates as the project gets underway and the exhibition opens this Autumn.
